About LB Tree & Land
A local, owner-run tree and land business in Washington, Illinois.
Liam Brown, founder and owner
Liam started LB Tree & Land in Washington and runs it himself. He’s the one who answers the phone, the one who comes out to look at your tree, and the one who gives you the price.
On the job it’s Liam and his crew: the bucket truck for the tall stuff, the Kubota track loader for the heavy stuff, and the chipper and dump trailer so the yard is clean when they leave.
No sales office, no call center. If you’ve got a question, you ask Liam.

From our Facebook reviews
We had LB Tree & Land out for two different projects. They cut a tree down and then came out for a grading/dirt fill. Was very pleased with both projects. Liam gave a same day quote, has great communication, very reasonable prices, friendly crew and was very prompt.
I had a mess in my yard from my dog running and ruining the grass. Liam and his guys graded the area, laid black fabric, gravel and patio blocks. It looks great. I got compliments from my neighbors.
Liam was awesome keeping in contact with me as a storm made a huge oak branch fall and destroy my garage. Liam and his crew came out and got it taken care of and did a great job at cleaning up.
